Sunday Worship Service: 10:30 a.m.
If you’re thinking about checking out the church, the Sunday worship service is a great place to start. The service starts at 10:30 a.m. Expect a live worship team to lead a mix of contemporary and traditional songs and a pastor to speak an inspiring message. Children are welcome in the service, but you can also take advantage of the nursery (newborn – 2) and the Explorers and Trekkers ministries (age 3 – 5th grade). The worship service wraps up around 11:15.
What should I wear?
Feel free to come in whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll see people wearing everything: shorts and a t-shirt, jeans and a button-down, a dress, a tie and sport coat, and any other combination you can imagine.
Where should I go?
We’re located at 237 E. North Street in Carlisle. Visitor parking near the front and side doors to our church make it easy to snag a parking space. You can use either entrance, but please know that the main entrance toward the rear of the parking lot offers accessible parking and elevator access so people using that door do not need to use stairs.
When you walk in, a greeter will hand you a bulletin and can point you toward the main gathering area, children’s ministry, restrooms, and any other people or places you may need.
What should I bring?
There’s nothing special you need to bring. If you have a Bible (on paper or mobile), you can bring it. If you don’t have a Bible, feel free to take one of ours with you when you leave.
Do I need to prepare for an offering?
Absolutely not! We pass an offering plate, but as our guest, we kindly ask that you simply hand it to the next person without adding money.
What do my kids do?
Carlisle Alliance Church offers teaching and care for all ages. We love our children and yours, and we want to make sure they feel connected to what Church means. Your children’s safety is also important to us, so children in Elementary School or below must be signed in and out of the children’s area by a guardian.
